Figure Skating & Pilates


In addition to my intuitive reading work, I also offer body coaching through my figure skating and Pilates lessons.

I know that when taking skating or Pilates lessons, feelings of emotional and physical vulnerability often come up. My goal when teaching is to help you feel as safe as possible while discovering all that you can attain with your body and within your being.

Figure Skating

SkatingI have been teaching figure skating for over 25 years and Pilates for more than 15. I am a USFS double gold medalist in Dance and Moves in the Field. I am particularly skillful working with children on the Autism Spectrum and with ADHD. I enjoy teaching young children and adults.

What’s most important to me as a teacher is helping students of all ages and levels connect more deeply with themselves through the activity of skating.

I offer private and group lessons in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pilates transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with a strong core and good posture.

In class we focus on body awareness, centering and graceful movement. My goal is to increase strength, flexibility and proper body alignment, reduce injury and facilitate recovery when injuries do occur.

As people feel more connected to their bodies, they often feel more comfortable and competent as people and confident as they live their lives.

I offer private and group Pilates mat and reformer sessions in Berkeley and Oakland California.
